Pastor Ruben, is a visionary leader with a deep passion for spreading the Gospel and empowering others to live out their God-given purpose. With over 30 years ministry experience, he has dedicated his life to missions, teaching and preaching . Sanchez is also known for his church planting dynamics, makin him a mentor for new missionaries, leaders, and ministers. Beyond the pulpit, he is a devoted caring father, finding joy in complying with God's calling, mentoring young leaders, travelling, and in his spare time playing music, singing and writing. Through Ark of Salvation International Fellowship, Pastor Sanchez continues to lead with vision, compassion, and unwavering faith, impacting lives for Christ and inspiring others to the same.

Javier is also a founder and an active minister of Ark of Salvation International Fellowship, who has been working side by side with pastor Sanchez for almost 30 years now. As a dedicated partner in ministry he provides spiritual guidance, leadership and support to ensure the church operates as a united body, rooted in faith and love. Beyond the pulpit, he serves as a compassionate mentor, equipping leaders and nurturing relationships with the congregation. His role extends into the daily workings of the chruch, from planning impactful programs to overseeing ministries and outreach initiatives, working tirelessly to empower others build God's kingdom, and guide our church family in living out the gospel.

Felix is our registered president for our sister Church in Mexico. She has been working as a Pastor locally in Xalapa, Veracruz Mexico for 5 years. She is also a devoted single mother, and now a grandmother.

Piedad has been leading the chruch in Xalapa, Veracruz since Aug. 2023. Her work in the work began at a very early age, as a children's teacher and she participated as a leader of the praise and worship ministry of the church. Nic, how evereyone knows her, has been part of the ministry since 2012 when she pastored the church in Xalapa, Veracruz. She has worked in different areas: worship ministry, teacher of children and adolescents, youth leader, general secretary of a local church. All this taking place in the period of 1997-2008, in the association of the Assemblies of God, in Xalapa, Ver. In April 2008, her service took a turn within the work of Christ, to join the Ark of Salvation International MInistries, where she also began to serve in different areas: local secretary (3 years), praise ministry, teacher of children and adults. In her theological preparation and ministerial function: she studied at the Ark of Salvation Bible Institute, obtaining a certificate as Lay Minister. On January 22, 2012, she began to exercise the call she received from God, as a minister in the city of Xalapa for 7 years at the "Centro Cristiano Arca de Salvación Xalapa".
